AW PRECISION HELPS LIGHT OLYMPIC FLAME

When the Olympic Torch passes through Rugby this summer on its nationwide relay to kick start the London 2012 Games, it won’t be its first association with the town. The golden Torch, which has been nominated for a Design Museum award, has been manufactured by Coventry-based Premier Group Ltd on AW Precision die sets. Set to pass through Rugby on July 2nd, the 8,000 cut-out circles are representative of the 8,000 torchbearers who will each run a mile on the Torch’s journey around the UK.
